Jewish life and literature is replete with stories and lessons about the importance of compassionate living.

Anger

Anger is a destructive force. It ruins friendships, marriages, and even complete lives. On the flip side, anger management is such a valuable asset and can help prevent so much damage and heartache.

Respect

Respect! Isn’t that what our parents tried to instill in us? Our schools worked on teaching us the concept of respect

Our era has been called the Age of Anxiety, which isn’t surprising considering the pace of modern life, financial stresses, family pressures, and global unrest.
