According to Torah tradition the universe is constantly being renewed. Every atom is being re-energized and powered by the Infinite. Additionally, and simultaneously as the world is being renewed, there is a soft light of love and kindness that is being spread over all of existence. Each moment is free of the inertia of the past.  So, this moment as you read this; take a deep breath and be present, in this brand-new moment, full of kindness and love. Let yourself be open to receive the soft light from the Infinite, and notice as it spreads over you.
