Every mentee you successfully recruit to Olami Mentorship earns you $100 Mentorship Miles. These can be redeemed against your flight costs to our upcoming weekend in Marseille, France.

What Are Mentorship Miles?
For every friend you successfully recruit, you’ll earn $100 Mentorship Miles. Use these miles toward travel costs for mentorship ambassador conferences. Recruit five friends? That’s $500 in miles!

Held every three months in vibrant cities with strong mentorship chapters, these weekends are your chance to connect with other mentees from around the world, experience new Jewish communities, and explore world-famous cities and their attractions.

FAQs
Mentorship miles are an amazing way to earn rewards for sharing the Olami Mentorship experience with your friends. While your friends benefit from the experience of a mentor, you can use your mentorship miles to travel the world with Olami Mentorship.
You will earn $100 mentorship miles for each mentee that you successfully recruit – accepted and paid for the program.
Note: You will need to recruit a minimum of three recruits prior to the upcoming trip in order to cash them out.
Each $100 can be cashed out for $100 towards your flight to the upcoming mentorship ambassador conference. If your ticket cost is $300, you’re set. If your ticket cost is $600, you can recruit 6 mentees – or you can recruit 3 and pay the $300 difference. The number of recruits you need to attend our conference is based on the actual cost of your flight.
Unfortunately, you will need to recruit at least 3 new friends in order to join an upcoming trip.
Your friends can join if they recruit mentees into Olami Mentorship. Let them know so they can join the movement!

Olami Mentorship will offer exclusive workshops with experienced mentors who can give you a boost in leadership, communication skills, sales and marketing, and more.
