Peer-to-peer
mentorship

A core value of our community is that everyone has something to offer. Everyone can be a mentor. In our peer-to peer mentorship sessions, you will meet the other delegates – sharing your wisdom, experiences and insights to help one another grow personally and professionally.

reverse
mentorship

It’s time to put the shoe on the other foot and for our participants to mentor the mentors. Every mentor in our community believes that they too gain from their relationship with mentees, so we have formalized this role reversal – although trust us, it happens organically throughout the week!

Community
mentorship

The Jewish community is known for supporting its members in challenging times through charitable causes that make a meaningful impact. Visit with community organizations such as food pantries, volunteer ambulance corps, kosher hospital meals, medical referrals, and more. Each organization offers mentorship and support to the community – with kindness and dignity.

mentors
@ work

There is nothing quite like seeing successful people at work. Go behind the scenes in some of NYC’s busiest board rooms, experience small group sessions with our mentors and the chance to learn how they navigate their personal and professional selves to lead lives they are proud of.

Mentors
@ Home

Complete the puzzle by visiting mentors in their Jewish homes. Our mentors are selected not just for their professional accomplishments but for their commitment to family and community. Visiting them at their home offers fascinating insight into their personal lives.

B.A.R.
Mentors

Book a Rabbi, grab a drink, and have a 1:1 rabbinic mentorship. The B.A.R. Mentor will be open at designated times during the week. You can simply select a Rabbi/Rebbetzin from the event app and book your time slot.

Mentors
unplugged

Mentors will share their personal journeys of challenge and success and the influence that mentors have had or continue to have in their lives.

Genius
Bar

Top mentors and business professionals dedicate time to speak individually with our participants during the Genius Bar. Sessions are 15 minutes, and it’s the time to come prepared with the questions you have; in work, in life, in the balance between the two and more!

Each day will include 2-3 mentorship experiences and a recreational activity. The schedule is carefully crafted to allow delegates from around the world the opportunity to meet and network with each other, and with our mentors, but also to spend quality time as a group.
