We cannot afford to lose a soul to silence

Every generation has its moment to stand up for Jewish life.

For over 20 years, across 28 countries, 300+ campuses and communities — including 66 chapters across North America — Olami has stood on the frontlines of Jewish engagement, reaching and inspiring 80,000 students and young professionals each year. Through education, mentorship, and immersive experiences, Olami builds unshakable Jewish identity resulting in lasting connection, community, and leadership. At a time of rising disengagement and antisemitism on unprecedented scales, we're fostering knowledgeable and connected young men and women who will become the leaders of the next generation. At a defining moment for the Jewish people, the future depends on our investment today in building young Jews who are deeply rooted, proudly connected, and committed to a Jewish life that endures.

This is ours

Your brand name belongs on the right side of history

This is your chance to stand with the most important work happening in the Jewish world today. Your name alongside The Promise tells the world you're a business whose bottom line includes the next generation. Some investments return capital. This one also returns a generation.

THE MISSION

Standing up for our youth, so they can stand proud in the world

Olami is a global movement committed to ensuring every Jewish college student and young professional knows their why. With over 300 branches across 28 countries, we help 80,000 young Jews a year discover that their judaism is not a burden, but a birthright. Spanning every interest and lifestyle, we offer experiences infused with transformative Jewish education; mentorship, learning, trips, and community —bringing ancient wisdom to 21st-century reality and give youth a true sense of belonging and community. Beyond programs, our mentors build personal relationships with students that last decades, transforming Jewish identity from a tradition they inherited into a future they choose.

For every student we reach, thousands more are still waiting. The Promise is how we reach more of them.

“A Jew who knows their why can survive any how”

As one of America's most accomplished business leaders, Mike Leven has spent a lifetime building empires. His career in the hospitality industry included launching the Holiday Inn Express brand and growing Days Inn from a regional chain into one of the largest hotel organizations in the world.

He went on to serve as President and COO of Las Vegas Sands Corporation, Chairman and CEO of US Franchise Systems, and Chairman and CEO of the Georgia Aquarium. He co-founded AAHOA, today representing over 19,000 members and 40,000 hotels nationwide. But in 2019, at the height of his success, Mike walked away from the boardroom entirely to do the most important work of his life.

Inspired by the Giving Pledge, he founded the Jewish Future Promise, a global movement now representing over 122,000 individuals and family foundations committed to directing at least half of their charitable giving to Jewish causes and Israel. He also founded the Jewish Youth Promise, bringing that same commitment to the next generation.

Every Sunday morning, Mike opens his email and waits for the latest numbers. "When I see the numbers," he says, "I smile." Mike Leven built empires, but he decided the Jewish future is worth more.

As one of the most important and courageous voices on the world stage today, Douglas Murray has made a career of saying the unsayable with precision, courage, and zero apology.

A bestselling author and journalist, his works include The Strange Death of Europe, The Madness of Crowds, The War on the West, and his latest, On Democracies and Death Cults: Israel and the Future of Civilization; books that have shaped the global conversation on Western identity, antisemitism, and the survival of civilization itself.

When the world went silent after October 7th, Douglas Murray went to Israel. He embedded with the IDF, sat with survivors, and told the story the world was desperately trying to avoid. For his unwavering stand alongside the Jewish people, he received an honorary award from the President of Israel himself.

He has spoken at the White House, parliaments, and universities across the world. He has debated, challenged, and refused to be silenced at a moment when silence has never been more dangerous.
