Mrs. Ilana Cowland

Mrs. Ilana Cowland originally from London, attended Hasmonean High School. After high school, she attended BJJ Seminary in Jerusalem and then received a BA in Jewish Studies from the University of London, as well as a diploma in counseling. Having spent 9 years working as a rebbetzin in the London Aish HaTorah community, she and her family moved to Jerusalem in 2004 where she has been involved in teaching and education administration, including 3 years as the principal of a seminary for high school graduates. Mrs. Cowland is a sought after lecturer and educator internationally, with a specialty in the topics of relationships and women’s issues. In addition to her teaching seminary students, Mrs. Cowland is involved in teaching shalom bayit courses to young married women in Jerusalem. She lives with her family in Ramot Bet.

Rabbi Shaul Rosenblatt

Rabbi Shaul Rosenblatt is the director of the Rabbinical Training Academy, an innovative program that mentors newly qualified rabbis through the first eighteen months of their first jobs. He is also the author of Why Bad Things DON'T Happen to Good People, a semi auto-biographical book about understanding and facing challenging times. Shaul founded Aish UK in 1993, Honestreporting.com in 2001, Tikun in 2006, and the Innate Health Centre in 2012. In 30 years of rabbinic leadership, he has counseled many hundreds of people in a broad range of circumstances. He lives with his family in London

Chana Rosenblatt was born in Jerusalem and moved to UK in 2002. Chana originally trained in Family Counselling based on the Adlerian model, before coming across the 3 Principles in 2010. Having been touched and impacted deeply by this understanding and seeing the approach as revolutionary, she changed direction completely and graduated from the 3 Principles Professional Institute in 2011.She is a highly sought after counsellor, trainer and International lecturer. Chana is also a blessed mother to eight children and 5 grandchildren.

Shifra Chesler

Shifra Chesler grew up in London and completed her BA in Childhood and Youth Studies. She then graduated from London’s One Thought Practitioners’ Training Institute. Shifra was an elementary school teacher in London and more recently ran a 3 principles, counselling practice in Jerusalem where she would meet with. Shifra is currently the co-director of Aish at Penn State University, where she hosts students regularly for Shabbats, teaches classes on both emotional intelligence and Jewish studies and meets with students on a one-to-one basis. Shifra lives in State College PA, with her husband and children.

Rabbi Aaron Krongold

Aaron Krongold is a native Torontonian, having grown up on the hockey rinks of the southern Ontario. Following his studies at the University of Toronto, Aaron had the tremendous privilege of living in Israel for 5 years, in the Old City of Jerusalem, learning in Yeshivat Aish HaTorah. After moving back to Toronto in 2009, Aaron has been blessed to have had the opportunity to continue his studies for the past 11+ years in one of our cities premiere post-graduate Talmudic academies, under the tutelage of some of Toronto's greatest Rabbinic leaders. Aaron greatly enjoys sharing the timeless lessons of the Torah's wisdom and it's down-to-earth relevance.

Rabbi Yaakov Marcus

Rabbi Yaakov Marcus was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He has been involved in Jewish education professionally for over 25 years. Between 1989 and 1995, he and his wife organized and ran an outreach shul in a secular Jewish suburb of Toronto. In 1995, he and his family moved to Israel where he became a member of the rabbinical faculty of the Neve Yerushalayim College for women in Har Nof. He lectures there, as well as, teaching for the Midreshet Tehilla Seminary. He is the lecturer in residence for the Heritage House’s Rosh Hashana / Yom Kippur beginner’s minion in the Old City. He is also a regular lecturer for the Darchey Bina Seminary in Bayit Vegan. Additionally, he is a kiruv training lecturer for the Ner L’elef program. He and his family live in Telzstone.

Joshua Kaller

Rabbi Joshua Kaller is currently an Aish Ha'Torah teacher in Toronto. He has worked as a Torah lecturer and educator for over 4 years in Toronto. He has taught for numerous organizations including RAJE Canada, Westmount Shul, and Tiferes Bais Yaakov and many more. He is a graduate of the University of Florida in Classics and English, as well as a graduate from American University with a JD/MA. After completing his academic life, he journeyed to Israel and enrolled in Machon Shlomo Yeshiva. Upon graduation he enrolled into Rabbi Klein's chabura under an intense apprenticeship in education and teaching. He has currently been an in-house scholar at the Ohr Yosef Kollel in Toronto where he continues to further his understanding of Talmud and Halacha.

This program will run June 1 – June 10, every day (except Saturday and Sunday) 1-4pm EDT.

Register for the Emotional Intelligence Certificate and get set up for an interview. Class starts June 1 and runs for 8 business days straight. The sessions are around 3 hours long. But don’t worry we know that’s a lot. It’s going to be workshop style, which means that you will only hear short segments of teaching, and then break off into discussion groups in order to discuss the practical implications of the content. You will often have guest speakers to deepen the experience. 

It is a set curriculum that has been carefully curated for optimal skill building. 

Personal coaching will be available upon request.
